"This dress is not designed for pumping or tandem nursing at all. It can’t come down below your shoulders if you want to pump both breasts at once, and the opening only allows for one breast at a time. So this dress does not work for dual pumping (which most mothers do) or twins (unique to me so not as big of a deal, but I’d still expect an accommodating design). The fabric is very comfortable."
