Once an order is placed, HATCH will send through an order confirmation with the details of your order. We will send through the shipping confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. Haven't received your order or shipping confirmation yet? Our emails sometimes end up in the spam or promotions folders. Please check these locations for your order & shipping confirmation. HATCH is happy to offer all new customers 10% off of their first purchase on our site. Scroll to the bottom of our site, click "Get 10% Off" and enter your email address to receive the discount code. Once subscribed to our emails and texts, we'll keep you updated on current promotions and discounts that can be redeemed on our website or in store. 
Please note, we are unable to apply more than one discount code per order. The original discount code that is used will be honored, and we are unable to apply additional discounts once an order has been placed.

Price Adjustment

HATCH is happy to offer price adjustments on orders within 7 days of the order date. Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments on items that are marked as final sale. We are unable to offer price adjustments if the item is no longer available on our site. Additional restrictions apply.

Please note, we are unable to apply more than one discount code per order. The original discount code that is used will be honored, and we are unable to apply additional discounts once an order has been placed.

Final Sale

Items marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for a return, exchange or return for credit. Underwear is final sale. Gift Cards are final sale.

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. We ask for 2 business days to process shipments with our Ground and Standard Shipping Options. Orders placed with Expedited or Rush Shipping prior to 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday, should ship out on the same day.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 4 - 9 business days once shipped. $8
  • Ground Shipping: Delivers within 3 - 5 business days once shipped. $12
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Territories: Typically delivers within 3-10 business days once shipped. $30

All orders placed on our website will ship from our warehouse, which is located in New Jersey.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to update the ship method or shipping address.

Pre Order Items

All items noted as “Pre Order” will ship on the expected ship date noted on the product page. We will send through a separate shipping confirmation once this has shipped. You will not be charged for separate shipments.'

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

HATCH offers international shipping for clothing and accessories to over 200 countries around the world. At this time, HATCH MAMA Beauty can only be shipped internationally to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the European Union. Please note that we do not ship to Russia, Brazil, Greece and India.

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. We do ask for up to 2 business days to process orders shipping with our DHL Express and FedEx International Priority Shipping options.

 Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

U.S Returns & Exchanges

HATCH is happy to offer extended holiday returns for orders placed from November 15th through December 5th. If your order was placed from November 15th through November 25th, you will have 60 days to initiate a return or exchange. If you placed an order between November 26th through December 5th, you will have 45 days to initiate a return or exchange.

HATCH offers returns on products shipped within the United States within 30 calendar days from when your order is placed. Merchandise clearly marked as final sale is not eligible for return. 

Please note, our Even Exchange option is not currently available. We are working to offer free exchanges again as soon as possible.

Please note: we are experiencing slight delays in the processing of returns due to longer than normal return transit timelines and return processing delays. We are working to process all returns as quickly as possible, and your patience is greatly appreciated. Once your item(s) are received and processed by our warehouse, you'll typically get your refund within 3-10 business days. 

Our site and stores are on two separate systems, therefore we are unable to accept online returns at our store locations.

Online Returns and Exchanges

  • Please click here to start a return for orders placed directly on our site & shipping within the U.S.
  • We are only able to process returns that have been included in your return request. If you have multiple requests recorded, we require each authorized return to be sent with its specific shipping label to allow for our system to process the return. 
  • We charge a $10 return shipping fee on Express Return Drop Offs, and a $15 return shipping fee for Mail-Back Returns shipped via UPS. 
  • Once you initiate a return or exchange, please send the return back to us within 7 days of the return initiation. Your return is subject to cancellation if it is shipped outside of this window.
  • Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Rules

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. All HATCH Beauty items must be returned unopened in its original packaging. Swimwear will only be accepted if the swimsuit is tried on over underwear and returned in its clean original condition with all tags attached.
Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation are not eligible for return or exchange. Underwear is FINAL SALE.
Please note, we are only able to process returns that have been included in your return request directly through returnportal.hatchcollection.com. If you have multiple requests recorded, we require each authorized return to be sent with its specific shipping label to allow for our system to process the return. We are unable to process returns that are sent without the intended shipping label, or any returns that are not authorized and recorded by our team.
If you did not include all returned items in your return request, please reach out directly to our customer support team at help@hatchcollection.com for more support.
Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at your chosen shipping location within 1 week of initiating the return. Returns dropped off after this 1 week window are subject to cancellation.

Returning A Defective Item

  • If you need to return an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to help. Please email our customer service team at help@hatchcollection.com and we will take care of you. 

When Can I Expect My Refund?

  • Once a return is shipped, it typically takes about one week to deliver to our warehouse. Once the return is marked as delivered, we do ask for up to 10 business days to process the return. We will send through an email confirmation once your return has been processed!

U.S. Return & Exchange Options:

  • Return For A Refund: To initiate a return for a refund, please visit returnportal.hatchcollection.com. Proceed with the steps to return the desired item(s). We will issue the refund once we receive and process the return.
  • Return For Merchandise Credit: To initiate a return for merchandise credit, please visit returnportal.hatchcollection.com/order. Proceed with the steps to return the desired item(s). We will issue the refund in the form of a gift card once we receive and process the return.
  • Exchange For The Same Item: Please note, our Even Exchange option is not currently available. We are working to offer free exchanges again as soon as possible. Please email help@hatchcollection.com if you would like to exchange your order. 

    Return Methods 

    • Express Returns:
      HATCH offers Express Returns to provide you with an easy and paperless return experience. Simply initiate a return on our returns site and select “Express Return” when prompted to “Choose A Return Method”. Select the desired Staples drop off location. Once your return is confirmed, we will email you a QR code. Simply visit the Staples location selected within 7 days of the return initiation, and bring the item(s) that you included in your return request. You do not need to bring a box or label to the Staples location. Your refund will be issued when the return is received and processed at our warehouse. Please note, we charge a $10 return fee on Express Returns for a refund. Exchanges for the same piece in a different size or color are free of charge.
    • Mailback Returns:
      HATCH offers mail-back returns through UPS so that you can ship your return back to us. Simply initiate a return on our returns site and select “Mail back via UPS” when prompted to “Choose A Return Method”. Our system will provide you with a return label that you can use to get the return back to us within 7 days of the return initiation. Please use the original packaging to ship your return back to us, and include a copy of the packing slip provided with your return label. Your refund will be issued once the return is received and processed at our warehouse. Please note, we charge a $15 return fee on Mailback Returns for a refund. Exchanges for the same piece in a different size or color are free of charge. 

    Gift Returns

    Please click here to initiate a gift return. Enter the order number and follow the instructions to return the desired item(s). We ask that you ship the return back to us within 7 days of the return initiation.

    The gift giver will not be notified of the return request.

    International Returns

    HATCH offers returns for merchandise credit on products shipped internationally within 30 calendar days from when your order is placed. We are unable to offer returns for refunds on international purchases. Please note, the merchandise credit is for the cost of the returned piece(s), less the cost of duties, taxes and shipping. To return items in your order, please email us at help@hatchcollection.com, and we will send through return instructions and our return shipping address.

    Please note, the cost of duties and taxes associated with the return shipment must be billed to the sender. HATCH is not responsible for the cost of duties and taxes associated with the return shipment.

    Marketplace Returns

    J Crew & Madewell Returns

    We happily honor the J.Crew & Madewell return policy. However we accept online return requests only. To begin your return, please email us at returns@hatchcollection.com Neither J.Crew, Madewell, nor our HATCH stores are able to accept returns for purchases made through J.Crew/Madewell Marketplace.

    Please note that all J.Crew Marketplace returns will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

    Maisonette Returns

    We happily honor the Maisonette return policy. We accept online return requests only and HATCH stores are not able to accept returns for purchases made through Maisonette.

    Please note that all Maisonette Marketplace returns will have to be requested within 30 days of receipt.

    Sizing & Fit

    HATCH sizing is customized to our brand, to allow a great fit for before, during, and after pregnancy. Every style is built with room to grow. Most products come in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. There are some exceptions. Styles that are mostly flowy, oversized, and forgiving are offered in Petite (P) and One Size (O/S).

    How Do I Care For My HATCH Pieces? 

    Care instructions can be found under the Details section on the product page. We suggest washing and caring for all HATCH pieces according to the care instructions. 

    Gift Cards

    HATCH Offers E-Gift Cards that can be purchased directly on our site. Simply select the amount that you would like to purchase and add the gift card to your cart. The E-Gift Card will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout.   

    How Do I Gift A Gift Card? 

    If you would like to gift the gift card, we suggest either forwarding the email that contains the gift card to the recipient, or printing the gift card and gifting it this way. If you would like the gift card to be sent directly to the recipient, please enter their email address at checkout!

    How Can I Purchase A Physical Gift Card? 

    Our stores offer physical gift cards (and they offer shipping)! You can find our store contact information here to place an order through them.

    Can I Return My Gift Card? 

    All gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

    In Store Returns & Exchanges

    HATCH Stores offer returns on eligible items 10 days from when your order is placed. To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the items and in the original form of payment, all merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged in any form and in salable condition with all original tickets and tags attached.

    FINAL SALE merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Select gift sets and goods are not refundable, but may be returned for store credit. All underwear is final sale.

    We are unable to accept returns on beauty products once they have been opened.

    Please note, our stores are unable to accept returns for orders placed on our site, or through our marketplace partners.

    Store Guidelines During COVID-19

    • Mask guidelines for staff and customers is optional and based on state recommendations
    • Contactless curbside pickup and contactless pay is offered at each of our store locations
    • If you are unable to visit a store, our Shop at Home program is available: Email Stores@hatchcollection.com to set up a package.
    • Our team is frequently disinfecting our high touch areas and will do so on a regular basis.
    • We accept all major credit cards but will not be accepting cash for hygiene purposes.
    • At this time, we're currently unable to accept online returns in our stores.

    Shop Pay Installment Purchases

    Shop Pay Installments is a payment option that lets customers receive their order right away and pay in 4 interest-free installments, due every 2 weeks. Please note Shop Pay Installments is available for orders of $50 - $17,500 including tax, shipping, and discounts.

    Our standard return policy still applies to orders paid for with Shop Pay Installments. Returns for a refund are accepted if they are made within the return window and conditions. We are only able to refund Shop Pay Installment payments to the original form of payment. HATCH is unable to issue merchandise credit for Shop Pay Installment purchases.

    Croissant

    What is Croissant?

    Croissant offers guaranteed buybacks on purchases within one year of the purchase date. Simply toggle the Croissant feature at checkout (don’t worry, it's free!) and Croissant will buy your lightly used item back from you at a set price.

    Don’t want to sell the item? No worries, this is simply an option for you to resell your HATCH pieces later at a lower value if you want it.

    If you opt in at checkout, you'll receive an email from Croissant once you place your order that includes instructions on how to send back your item when (and if!) you want to.

    If you decide to sell your item, you can simply send it to Croissant in gently used condition. They will pay you within 5-7 business days of receiving the item at their warehouse. They will handle the entire sale process for your item so you can get new funds to power your next purchase. Did someone say more $$$ for future HATCH purchases?!

    How does Croissant Work?

    Croissant will provide you with a guaranteed buy back cost on the product page and at checkout. If you’d like to sell the item, you can initiate the trade-in process in the Croissant app. You can then ship the item to the Croissant warehouse and they will verify that the item is in a sellable condition.

    Once this is confirmed, you’ll receive a payment directly from Croissant. Croissant then partners with second hand websites to sell your item.

    How Long Do I Have To Trade My Item In?

    You have up to one year to enjoy your HATCH items before you can decide if you want to trade them in. Please note, the items must be in a very good condition to be eligible for trade-in through Croissant.

    What Items Can Be Traded In?

    Croissant accepts items that are in gently used condition. In order to qualify for trade-in, your item should have:

    • No stains, discoloration, or fading.
    • No pilling or fabric pulls.
    • No alterations or repairs.
    • No significant stretching or deformation.
    • No odors such as smoke, sweat, or pet smells.

    As long as the Croissant guarantee was added at checkout and your items are in good condition, you can initiate the trade in process directly through the Croissant App. Please note, all trade-ins are handled by Croissant, and they are the sole decider of the item's condition.

    What Happens After My Guarantee Expires?

    The Croissant Guaranteed Buyback™ expires 12 months after the purchase date for items in gently used condition (no visible damage and no alterations). After the Guaranteed Buyback™ expires, your item might still have an offer of a lower value than what was originally offered at checkout. If you still want to sell your item, you will receive the value listed in your Croissant Collection at that time.

    What Happens After I Send My Items To Croissant?

    When you sell an item with a Guaranteed Buyback™, you will be compensated within 5-7 days of their warehouse receiving your item, after they verify it is in gently used condition.

    If your item isn’t accepted by Croissant, they will reach out to you and you can decide if they should ship this back to you or donate the item.
